Thyroid superfoods that should be added to your diet

Introduction

Your thyroid needs certain nutrients to function effectively, so eating the right foods will essentially fuel it to increase hormone production. (You should also avoid certain foods to protect your thyroid, which we’ll cover in another story soon!)

The next time you visit a grocery store, look for these seven nutritious foods to restore your thyroid hormone levels and control your symptoms. Here are some superfoods to get you started.

Yogurt
