Raise the heel

When you stand up straight, your feet should be firmly planted on the ground. For stability, you can grip a surface or a strong object.

Slowly lift your heels off the ground. As you do this, your knees should be straight. Hold this pose for 5 to 10 seconds before lowering yourself to the floor. For best benefits, do this exercise ten times throughout the day.

A great way to stretch and strengthen the calf muscles and legs is to walk barefoot on the sand. Go to the beach, desert, playground, or anywhere else with sand, take off your shoes and walk as far as you can.

Try increasing the distance gradually. This will help you relax and train your calf muscles.

The best position for shoulder rotation is upright, with your arms at your sides and your feet shoulder-width apart. It can also be done while sitting. Your upper arms should make a circular motion.

Keep your breathing steady and your body still. With each breath, expand the diameter of the circular motion until it fits within your range of motion.

Repeat the procedure, but this time rotate your shoulders backwards.
